Menu Plan Monday

Now that we are back at home, it's time to get focused on our eating and exercising! My family will be going back to the Flat Belly Diet, which is a great way to lose weight and not feel hungry or neglect certain foods. If you haven't heard of it, you can learn more here. The concept is to eat 400 calorie meals, no more than 4 hours apart, 4 times per day. It also includes many MUFA's (monounsaturated fats), which help in burning that stubborn belly fat! You also keep an eye on your saturated fats and sodium. If you're interested, you can probably find the books on Ebay or PaperBackSwap.

My husband and I both had great success with this last year and greatly enjoyed the recipes. I'm so ready to eat lighter since it is the summer and it's so hot, I don't want to be using the oven!

Breakfasts:

Peanut Butter and Banana English Muffin
Raspberry Chocolate Waffle
Breakfast Tacos
Egg and Cheese Sandwich

Lunches:
Tuna Melt
Edamame Salad/Chicken Caesar Salad

Leftovers

Dinners:
Greek Chicken
Cheesy Veggie Pasta
California Turkey Salad
Pita Pizzas (On grill or in toaster oven)
Chicken Olive Saute
