Menu Plan Monday



This week, I'm trying to use ingredients that I have, as the first of the month is always a tight time. I also plan on purchasing things that I NEED that will be on sale and will try to avoid unnecessary items.

I'm trying to get back to following the Flat Belly concept of (4) 400 calorie meals per day, and I plan on exercising at least 3 days this week.

Breakfasts:
Mini Bagels with Cream Cheese and Pecans
Cereal x 2
Peanut Butter Crunch
Waffles with fruit
Peanut Butter Toast & Yogurt
Yogurt & Cereal Parfaits

Lunches:
Wraps
Turkey Cranberry Muffin
Leftovers
Frozen Meals

Snacks:
Apple Snack - Peanut Butter, Apple and Popcorn
Strawberry Chocolate Sundae - Chocolate Chips and Strawberries with Cottage Cheese
Peanut Butter and Apple English Muffin
Grab and Go Snacks from Flat Belly
Smoothies

Desserts:
Homemade Cannoli
Choc Pudding with Banana and Graham Crackers

Monday: Tilapia with vegetables
Tuesday: Greek Chicken with yogurt sauce and vegetables
Wednesday: Nachos with meat, sour cream, Madras Lentils (Costco), Onion, Tomato
Thursday: Eggs, Potato Pancakes and Bacon or Chicken Sausages
Friday: Rotisserie Chicken Meal from Publix - Rumored on sale this week
Saturday: Chicken and Guacamole Tostados
Sunday: Hot Dogs and Sweet Potato Fries
Monday: TBD - trying to see if meat goes on sale or eat out

  1. this all looks so yummy! I think I'll just steal your menu from now on :) Are you using a certain cookbook for your 400 calorie meals? I've been wanting to try the 400 Calorie Fix; but our library doesn't have it and I want to try the recipes before I buy it.
